CHAD WUERTZ
Chad Wuertz founded what is now Wuertz Law Office in 2006. His primary areas of interests are business law, family law and veteran’s benefits law. Chad was born in Louisiana but grew up and graduated high school in southern Indiana. He has three children and enjoys living in the downtown area.
Chad is admitted to practice before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as Indiana State Courts.

ZACH ROSENBARGER
Zach Rosenbarger became an associate at Wuertz Law Office in May, 2008. Prior to that, he worked for nearly four years at the Marion County Public Defender Agency, where he represented juveniles charged with serious offenses.
Zach earned his JD at Indiana University in Bloomington in 2003 and his BA in political science at Purdue University in 1998. Zach is admitted to practice before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as Indiana State Courts.
Zach lives with his wife, Joanna, in Broad Ripple. He competes in, and sometimes wins, short-distance triathlons. |
